Michael A. Yurkewicz, project engineer

Mike Yurkewicz is a graduate of Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, with an Associate of Science in Mechanical Engineering Technology, Bachelor of Science in Plastics Engineering Technology, and Masters in Business Administration. Joining the PTC in September 2003, he brings experience in the automotive, food- and pharmaceutical-packaging, and personal care businesses. Mike worked in engineering capacities to support product design, development, and conversion of thermoplastics. As a manager, Mike led various programs, a Quality department, and manufacturing floor. While mostly working with high-volume, injection molding applications, other fabrication methods that he grew familiar with include calendaring, sheet and profile extrusion, thermoforming, and many secondary operations.
