ABOUT THE PTC:

The Keystone Ideas services are provided by the Plastics Technology Center. The PTC is a manufacturing outreach program operated in partnership with the Northwest Pennsylvania Industrial Resource Center and Penn State Erie, The Behrend College. The PTC is dedicated to promoting competitiveness and growth, both in products and knowledge, in the smaller business sectors where it is needed most. This is offered through engineering services in product design and development and general consultation, using the latest in engineering software and techniques available to industry.
