Do you have a great idea for a product but lack the required capital or technical knowledge to bring it to market? If you are a Pennsylvania inventor, business start-up, or small manufacturer, Keystone Ideas is the resource you have been waiting for.

Keystone Ideas, a state-funded initiative offered by the Plastics Technology Center (PTC), provides reduced-cost access to high-end product design and development services. The program is available to those who have viable products to offer the market but are not able to secure the necessary capital to pursue traditional product design and development assistance.
